1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All in-stock orders (wide-leg pants, leggings, joggers, trousers, linen pants, lounge pants, jeans, and other clothing products) are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding USA federal holidays and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on weekdays, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next working day.

Before shipping, our team runs a full quality check: we inspect fabrics and stitching quality, check waistbands and seams for durability and comfort, verify zippers, buttons, and fasteners for strength and condition, and examine every item for defects or missing components.

Each product receives dedicated protective packaging:

• Pants are folded with wrinkle-resistant protective layers

• Lightweight fabrics are packed in moisture-resistant packaging

• Jeans and thicker materials are secured with reinforced wrapping

• Delicate fabrics are sealed in soft protective bags

• Accessories and inserts are packed separately to prevent scratches or damage

We offer three flexible delivery options across the USA, all with full tracking service and no hidden fees for standard residential addresses.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch, $2.95. FREE standard shipping for all USA orders over $70.

Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch, $4.95. Only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days.

Signed For Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch, $3.50. Requires signature on delivery, recommended for high-value orders.

3. International Shipping

eqrow ships to over 90 countries and regions worldwide, partnering with reliable international couriers for stable cross-border delivery. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and every international order includes a tracking number.

European Union (EU): 5–8 business days after dispatch, $7.95. FREE EU shipping for orders over $130.

United States & Canada: 8–14 business days after dispatch, $11.95.

Australia & New Zealand: 10–16 business days after dispatch, $12.95.

Rest of World: 12–19 business days after dispatch, $14.95. Delivery time may vary slightly due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

Important Customs Notice

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import fees.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to sanctioned countries, military bases, government restricted areas, or remote locations without reliable courier service. We also do not deliver to unverified P.O. boxes, temporary mail forwarding addresses, or unattended delivery points.

If your address is ineligible for delivery, we will contact you immediately to update the address or issue a full refund.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and courier tracking link.

You can track your parcel in real time, including delivery progress and estimated arrival time.

If tracking shows no updates for more than 3 consecutive business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Failed Delivery & Damaged Items

If delivery fails (no one available to receive), a courier notice will be left with re-delivery or pickup instructions. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse after 9 business days.

For returned unclaimed orders, we offer:

• Re-delivery (additional shipping fee applies), or

• Refund minus original shipping cost

If your item arrives damaged (fabric damage, broken zippers, defective stitching, discoloration, or packaging damage), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a full refund or replacement within 2 business days after receiving the returned package.

You may update your shipping address free of charge before dispatch by contacting us with your order details.

Once an order has shipped, address changes are not guaranteed. If possible, a $3.50 courier rerouting fee may apply.
