These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish a legally binding contract between eqrow (“we”, “us”, “our”), a fashion retailer operating in the USA at 712 1/2 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90014, and you (“customer”, “you”, “your”). These Terms govern all access to our official online store, associated customer services, and every purchase transaction of our core products, including wide-leg pants, joggers, leggings, trousers, jeans, lounge pants, linen pants, and fashion accessories (collectively defined as “Products”).
By browsing our online platform, creating a customer profile, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to comply with these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, which are fully integrated into this agreement. If you do not consent to any provision within these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and refrain from initiating any purchase.
1. Brand & Product Overview
eqrow is a USA-based fashion brand focused on delivering stylish, practical, and comfortable pants tailored to modern lifestyles. Our carefully curated product collection balances fashion, functionality, and everyday versatility, including premium wide-leg pants, casual joggers, comfortable leggings, elegant trousers, lounge pants, linen pants, jeans, and fashionable clothing accessories crafted with quality materials and refined details.
We reserve the sole right to update our product collection, adjust design details, or discontinue slow-moving or out-of-stock styles at our discretion, in line with seasonal trends and inventory availability. Such changes will not affect confirmed, fully paid orders already processed for shipping.
While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, measurements, and pricing are accurate, minor variations may occur due to fabric texture differences, stitching finishes, lighting conditions, screen display settings, or handcrafted details. These minor discrepancies do not qualify as product defects and shall not constitute valid grounds for refunds, exchanges, or compensation.
We operate in compliance with USA consumer protection laws and eCommerce regulations, prioritizing transparency, product quality, and reliable customer support for every transaction.
2. Customer Eligibility & Obligations
To place orders or access our full range of services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full legal responsibility for all transactions, returns, disputes, and liabilities arising from your use of our platform and products.
When creating a customer account or placing an order, you warrant that all information provided — including your full name, contact number, delivery address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for any delivery delays, failed deliveries, order issues, or financial losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
You agree not to engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to:

3. Account Security & Management
Creating a dedicated eqrow customer account is optional for one-time purchases but required for accessing benefits such as order tracking, saved delivery information, purchase history, personalized recommendations, and promotional offers.
If you create an account, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify our customer service team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission and secure payment gateway integration, to help protect your personal information. However, we are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard account credentials or by third-party cyber incidents beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Placement & Binding Contract
Submitting an order through our online store constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.
After placing an order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order or formation of a binding contract.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an official Order Confirmation & Dispatch Notice confirming product availability, successful payment processing, and shipment details.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion under circumstances including:

Invalid or incomplete shipping information

Inability to verify customer identity or payment details
If a paid order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days without additional fees.
Orders may only be canceled before shipment dispatch by contacting customer service with a valid order number. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted, and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
5. Pricing, Payment & Tax Compliance
All prices displayed on our online store are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and comply with applicable USA tax regulations.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on delivery location, package size, product weight, and selected shipping method. A complete cost breakdown will be shown during checkout before payment confirmation.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are solely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices charged by eqrow.
We may adjust prices periodically due to changes in material costs, seasonal promotions, or inventory clearance events. However, confirmed paid orders will not be affected by later price changes.
Payments must be completed at checkout using our accepted secure payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and trusted payment providers. Payment processing is handled through encrypted third-party gateways, and we do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
If payment authorization fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
6. Product Care & Customer Liability
Each eqrow Product includes detailed care instructions on the product label and product page to help maintain product quality and durability.
Wide-Leg Pants & Trousers
Store in a dry, cool place. Avoid excessive moisture exposure and prolonged direct sunlight. Follow garment washing instructions carefully.
Leggings & Joggers
Avoid high-temperature washing or drying unless specifically stated. Maintain fabric elasticity by following care label instructions.
Jeans & Denim Pants
Wash separately when necessary to prevent color transfer. Avoid excessive heat to maintain fit and fabric quality.
Lounge Pants & Casual Bottoms
Store indoors in a ventilated area and avoid prolonged exposure to damp environments.
We are not responsible for product damage caused by improper use, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
If visible shipping damage or product defects are identified upon delivery, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours and provide clear photographic evidence to qualify for replacement or refund consideration.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
eqrow offers a 30-day return and exchange period from the delivery date for eligible Products that are unused, undamaged, and in original resalable condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Wide-Leg Pants & Trousers
Must be free of stains, fabric stretching, deformation, or signs of wear.
Leggings & Joggers
Elastic waistbands, stitching, and fabric materials must remain undamaged and unused.
Jeans & Fashion Accessories
Must show no tears, discoloration, alterations, stains, or usage marks.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns submitted without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error, such as incorrect shipment or confirmed product defects.
Returned Products will be inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with eqrow — including trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, images, graphics, and written materials — remains the exclusive property of eqrow.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services solely for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable USA laws, eqrow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or Products, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or emotional distress.
Our total liability for any direct claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.
